这家尼泊尔位置在八廓街附近一个二楼，人气相当旺。点了最经典的玛莎拉鸡配楠、土豆牛肉包子、炸羊排和尼泊尔甜茶。除了炸羊排味道太膻之外其他的菜品味道都不错。尤其是楠（馕），中间空心的，吃起来很香。土豆牛肉包子其实就是炸土豆丸子，略微有些油腻。总体来说，尼泊尔餐就是油炸高热量的食物比较多，吃着吃着就有点顶着的感觉。

晚餐在大昭寺广场附近的娜玛瑟德解决。此店在拉萨大众点评网上排行美食类第一名，异国情调，主要经营尼泊尔餐和藏餐。老板是尼泊尔人，服务员为藏族。饭点人暴多，火爆到这程度，就别指望服务多好，尽量自助吧。娜玛瑟德在十字路口边的二楼，不仔细看可能会走过，但这样也藏不住它的魅力，有时即便过了饭点也还需要等位。有尼泊尔和印度风味的菜肴，招牌菜玛莎拉鸡配楠是必点，玛莎拉类似于番茄与咖喱的混合，不辣微酸；楠是一种烤饼，咸鲜脆脆，蘸着玛莎拉吃很有异域风情。炸羊排分量挺足，不过稍微有点油。当然，也别忘了在用餐的时候点上一壶甜茶。
